So, I’ve been walking by the construction project at 121 9th street for months now, wondering wtf is going up there… So I dug around the SF Building Inspection site a bit today and found this:

Aha!  It’s gonna be a 5-story apartment building!  Hopefully with some commercial on the first floor.  And hopefully market rate.  Sweet.. more people living here in the hood is a good thing.

No drawings of the building or anything, but it looks like Gary Gee is the architect on it — maybe I’ll give him a call and see if he has any drawings to share.
