Sweet!

Pinkie’s Bakery is now open at 8th & Folsom..  According to SFGate:

Cheryl Burr’s selection of baked goodies, including ginger snap “sammies” with a sweet cream cheese filling, cinnamon roll “cupcakes” and savory brioche buns stuffed with ricotta, chard and garlic, have made Pinkie’s Bakery a welcome addition to the western SoMa neighborhood.
